The month of your Jumpstart will kick off with a welcome email for you to set some goals, ask questions, and get to know each other a bit better (yes, your responses will go directly to Alexa!). It will also include instructions for keeping a practice journal which will be an essential part of revamping your current routine. The practice journal will allow you to stay on track and celebrate your wins throughout the series! 📒
In addition to the exercises, there will be bonus materials sprinkled throughout the series (including a play-along video, supplemental PDFs, and a surprise mini-masterclass)! This additional support will give you a boost while you take on your new exercises and warm-ups! 🙌
