The month of your Jumpstart will kick off with a welcome email for you to set some goals, ask questions, and get to know each other a bit better (yes, your responses will go directly to Alexa!). Using a practice journal, you’ll write down your observations and monitor your progress. The practice journal is very important in this process! It’s a great way to retain information, track your progress, and celebrate your wins! ✍️
In addition to the exercises, bonus materials will be included to answer your most pressing questions and supply additional support over your Jumpstart month.
