Saxophonist and composer Alexa Tarantino returns to Dizzy’s Club to celebrate the release of her latest Blue Engine Records album. The program features seven original compositions alongside powerful selections by Wayne Shorter, Billy Strayhorn and Duke Ellington, and Cécile McLorin Salvant. Together, the pieces reflect Tarantino’s personal perspective on what makes us human, capturing the emotional depth, shared experiences, and vibrant beauty that define our lives.
