Alexa Tarantino is an award-winning and vibrant young jazz saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist, composer and teacher. Their individual style is reflected in their dynamic performances. She has played with musicians such as Wynton Marsalis, Cecile McLorin Salvant, Ulysses Owens Jr., the Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, Arturo O’Farrill, the DIVA Jazz Orchestra and many others. Wynton Marsalis said of Alexa: “Alexa is an enormously powerful and untamable force, full of expression and superb musicality.”
