Alexa Tarantino Quartet at Jazzland in Puebla, Mexico
Alexa Tarantino is a member of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra as well as appearing in groups like ARTEMIS and with Cecile McLorin Salvant. She is an Alto saxophone performer and also a virtuoso of other breath instruments, composer, arranger and teacher. She will be joined by Steven Feifke | Piano, Dan Chmielinski | Bass and Luther Allison | Drums.
The Alexa Tarantino Quartet will perform two sets: 7:30pm & 10pm
Will Alexa be in Cd. Juarez soon? I live in El Paso, and my other half used to play her earlier works on his jazz show before management canceled it.
